Biodiesel Plant Manufacturer & Supplier
S
Cube Mass Transfer PVT LTD is a manufacturer and supplier of biodiesel plants in India as well as
overseas. Biodiesel is alternative diesel fuel. A biodiesel plant is
produced by chemically reacting vegetable oil or animal fat with primary oil.
The resulting compound is called an alkyl monoester and has properties that
allow it to provide similar performance and better emissions than conventional
diesel. Biodiesel is renewable, non-toxic, as well as biodegradable. This
biodiesel can produce biodiesel using jatropha, karanja, neem, or any other
vegetable oil (with low FFA) by converting triglycerides into methyl esters by
the plant transcription process.
What is biodiesel?
Biodiesel refers to a non-petroleum-based diesel fuel,
consisting of a short-chain alkyl (methyl or ethyl) ester formed by the trans
esterification of vegetable oils or animal fats, into unmodified diesel (either
alone or with conventional petrodiesel. Mixed) can be used- engine vehicle.
Biodiesel is directly separated from converted vegetable oil, used as a fuel
(alone, or mixed) in some converted diesel vehicles. "Biodiesel" is
standardized as a mono-alkyl ester.
Advantages of
Biodiesel over Petrodiesel:
·
Renewable - vegetable oil derived
·
Improved ignition
·
Higher engine efficiency
·
Higher Lubricity - can prolong engine life
·
Used directly in unmodified diesel engine
·
Less noxious - fuel & exhaust emissions
·
Not toxic, free of sulphur
·
Safest fuel to store and handle
·
Much higher flash point
·
No aromatics or carcinogens
·
Biodegradable
